Terms of Shipment


Thank you for choosing Ritual Coffee. Please review our shipment terms carefully:

1. Shipping Schedule:

We ship orders on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on a shipping day will be processed on the next shipping day.

2. Delivery Timeline:

All shipments are handled by Aramex, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days.

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or remote delivery locations) are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs:

All shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Shipping rates will vary based on your location and package weight.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD):

For COD orders, the full payment must be made before receiving the package.

If the payment is not made in full, the shipment will not be released by Aramex.

5. Order Accuracy:

Please double-check your delivery address and contact information when placing your order. Ritual Coffee is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Any reshipping due to customer error will incur additional charges.

6. Shipping Damage or Loss:

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not liable for damage or loss caused during transit by the shipping carrier.

If you receive a damaged package, contact Aramex directly and notify us immediately for assistance.

7. Returns via Shipment:

For returns (if eligible under our return policy), shipping fees for returning the item are also the responsibility of the customer.
