Terms of Shipment

Thank you for choosing Ritual Coffee. Please review our shipment terms carefully:

1. Shipping Schedule:

• We ship orders on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM on a shipping day will be processed on the next shipping day.

2. Delivery Timeline:

• All shipments are handled by Aramex, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days.

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or remote delivery locations) are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs:

• All shipping fees are paid by the customer.

• Shipping rates will vary based on your location and package weight.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD):

• For COD orders, the full payment must be made before receiving the package.

• If the payment is not made in full, the shipment will not be released by Aramex.

5. Order Accuracy:

• Please double-check your delivery address and contact information when placing your order. Ritual Coffee is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

• Any reshipping due to customer error will incur additional charges.

6. Shipping Damage or Loss:

• While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not liable for damage or loss caused during transit by the shipping carrier.

• If you receive a damaged package, contact Aramex directly and notify us immediately for assistance.

7. Returns via Shipment:

• For returns (if eligible under our return policy), shipping fees for returning the item are also the responsibility of the customer.
