Exchange and Return Policy


At Ritual Coffee, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while protecting the quality and integrity of our products. Please review our exchange and return policy:

1. General Policy:

Exchanges are permitted only within 7 days of receiving your order.

No monetary refunds are provided—only exchanges.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

2. Ground Coffee:

Ground coffee is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except when confirmed as our error (e.g., incorrect grind size).

If returned for incorrect grind size and found to be correct upon inspection, the customer will be charged for:

Return shipping.

Reshipping and repackaging fees.

3. Whole Bean Coffee:

Beans can only be exchanged if the package is unopened and in its original condition.

Opened packages reporting an issue will be inspected. If the issue is unrelated to the beans, the same fees for return shipping, reshipping, and repackaging will apply.

4. Inspection Process:

Returns and exchanges are subject to rigorous quality control checks to confirm the issue.

If the product does not meet return criteria (e.g., tampered packaging or customer error), we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

5. Shipping Liability:

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party shipping companies during transit. Ensure packages are well-protected if returning items.

6. Exceptions:

Items not purchased directly from Ritual Coffee’s official sales channels (e.g., website or physical stores) are not eligible for exchanges.

Accessories, equipment, and promotional items are non-exchangeable unless defective upon arrival.
